Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please use our Returns process instead.

How to Cancel

1. Go to My Account → Orders
2. Find the order you want to cancel
3. Click “Cancel Order” (available only before shipping)
4. Select your cancellation reason

Refund After Cancellation

• Prepaid orders: Full refund to original payment method within 3-5 business days
• COD orders: No charge — the order is simply cancelled

Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items, you can cancel individual items before the order is shipped. The refund will be adjusted proportionally.
