Not satisfied? Return any unused item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Sale/clearance items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns
• Innerwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Go to My Account → Orders and select the order
2. Click “Return / Exchange” and select your reason
3. Choose return pickup or self-ship option
4. Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier

Refund Process

• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• COD orders: Refund to your bank account or RisingKidz wallet within 5-7 business days
• Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the return

Damaged / Wrong Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement immediately.
